I know what it's like to feel like your body is working against you.
A decade ago I was in the middle of building a fitness franchise, training consistently, doing everything I was supposed to do — and I was exhausted in a way I couldn't explain or shake. Eventually I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Getting through that taught me things about energy, recovery, and what the body actually needs that I never would have learned any other way.
It also made me a lot better at listening.
The people I work with aren't struggling because they're lazy or undisciplined. Usually it's the opposite — they're high-functioning people who have been ignoring their own needs for a long time because everything else came first. I get that. And I don't come in with a one-size-fits-all program and a stopwatch. I come in paying attention.
I'm a UGA alum, NASM certified, with about a decade of experience in personal training — and I'm currently working toward licensure as a Professional Counselor. But honestly, what drives how I work isn't any of that. It's that I take your life seriously. Not just your fitness goals — your actual life. The stress you've normalized, the sleep that isn't cutting it, the version of yourself you're trying to get back to.
That's who I show up for.
I work exclusively in Mueller because I believe the best coaching happens close to home — literally. I want to be someone you trust, not just someone you hired.
If you're ready to stop putting yourself last, I'd love to hear from you.
